The Roost is a modern, stylish student accommodation in the heart of the student quarter. Purpose-built with 60 individual rooms, The Roost provides everything a student could want from high speed Wi-Fi, braai area and communal spaces, secure accommodation, biometric security access, and private study area. The essentials have also been included, from on-site launderette to secure parking and bicycle storage.

That’s why we broke the mould and designed our rooms to maximise every inch of space. Full of little surprises and big delights like super fast Wi-Fi and extra storage. Plus, the basics like a desk, chair, pegs for clothes, pinboard for that vision board. It’s your room- make the space your own.
We have three different room categories designed to meet your budget. While every room includes the same features and amenities, rooms sizes differ and higher levels boast spectacular views. There is limited parking.
